We are a small well established company, formed in 1980 by the two current directors, Willie Morland and Ron Martin.
We are proud to be able to say that 70% of our work comes from "word of mouth" recommendations.
We pride ourselves on the manner in which we give free and impartial advice. We do not "hard sell". We follow up a home visit with a written quotation for people to consider at their leisure and without pressure. When we are accepted to carry out work, we fully recognise the fact that we are working in peoples Homes and not on a building site.
Our aim is to give complete satisfaction and to leave jobs miantenance free. It only takes one bad job to earn a bad name, but we are proud (although not complacent) that our name is held in high regard by both the industry and by our many long-term clients. We carry out work for local solicitors, building societies and property centres, who would not contemplate employing a company they did not consider competent.
We endeavour to use quality materials in all our work, whether they are visible or not. We are one of the few remaining companies who use and are capable of using copper pipe, as opposed to plastic, for hot, cold and central heating water. We are knowledgeable in all fields of our work, and have completed over the years extra courses in plumbing, heating, gas, oil, leadwork and unvented units.
We are, and have been since the mid 1980's CORGI registered (No.4347). You may notice that our registration number only has four digits compared to many companies who are six digits or more, showing that we have been CORGI registered for a considerable amount of time.
In addition we are very proud to say that we are one of only ten SNIPEF members in the Falkirk area. Indeed Ron Martin is a past president of our local branch. More information on SNIPEF can be found by logging on to www.needaplumber.org.
Our aim in carrying out our work, is for you, the customer, to pass our name on without hesitation: we can only achieve this by doing exactly what we promise.
